Kendra was founded by Dr (Mrs) K
Sudha Asokan in 1990 with the objective of
propagating Ayurveda as a means of ensuring
healthy body, mind and soul. Welcome to this
distinguished healing technique which has
many miraculous tales of recovery from distressing
diseases.
The wide range of treatments include detoxification
by Panchakarma, rejuvenation therapies for
promoting vitality, anti aging and age reversal
therapies, weight loss and beauty treatment
therapies and treatments to overcome depressions
and stress. Besides Ayurvedic massages, oral
medicines are also given wherever required.
Ayurveda Kendra, after sustained research
based on careful study of medicines and patients,
has set up its own unit at Trichur, Kerala
where herbal oils and medicines are manufactured
in the name of Sarada Ayurveda Pharmacy. |

Our centre for healing-Ayurveda Kendra was established
by Dr. Sudha Asokan in 1990 with the objective to
increase the awareness of traditional Kerala Ayurveda
in North India and to facilitate easy access to
effective cure of diseases through time-tested means.
It was a small effort to begin with-a clinic-cum-dispensary-at
New Delhi's Chanakyapuri neighborhood but it was
destined to make rapid strides in the years to come.
Dr. Sudha Asokan belongs to one of Kerala's
reputed families of Ayurvedic physicians who have
been offering Ayurvedic treatment for many generations.
She acquired her preliminary lessons on Ayurveda
from her father, late Shri. Kallayil Kesavan Vaidyar. |

After
her university education, she did her graduation
in Ayurveda at the renowned Kottakkal Ayurveda
College and went on to do her post-graduation
from the PG Centre for Ayurveda in Thiruvananthapuram
in Kerala. Dr. Asokan also conducted a two-year
research in Tribal Medicines under the Council
for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
Her dedication, hard work & commitment
has led us to a sterling position and presently,
we are recognized as a leading ayurvedic

Our
Healing Centres: We established ourselves
as the first full-fledged ayurvedic facility in
Delhi, a 16 -bed hospital on April 16, 1999 at Safdarjung
Enclave. The hospital, named Ayurveda Ashramam,
is set in homely environs with well-appointed rooms
and treatment facilities. Furthermore, we have our
healing centers at many other locations across Delhi
& NCR. Our centres in Ashoka Road & Gurgaon
are also extensively popular among young corporate
crowds. We are also predominantly present in different
locations across India like in Mumbai, Kerala, etc.
